Winter Logistics Pressures
We have not changed our delivery estimates so far, however, we continue to monitor the performance of our partners.
We prefer to be open and honest with our customers and give you as much information as possible.
All our logistics partners are performing well at this stage.
We are prepared should our delivery partners and back end logistics partners begin to struggle over the winter.
This would mostly be due to projected demand for online shopping mixed with continued staffing pressure caused by typical winter cold and flu season as well as additional COVID-19 cases.
Please remember we do everything we can to get orders moving on time, however, we are at the mercy of our logistics partners.

Royal Mail Next Day (Our Priority Service) is still a 16:00 next day target. Please remember that until logistics and delivery companies have returned to their normal service level, we are unable to guarantee delivery times, all named day delivery options are estimates based on over 95% success for that method.
The situation in the UK appears stable and most issues faced by couriers are now under control across the country.
Some minor issues exist with delivery partners due to staff being isolated, but most carriers are able to continue a good service.
It is worth remembering that back orders require international manufacturing and logistics, so some items could be delayed beyond our estimates.
Coronavirus is not impacting our staff's ability to manage our warehouse inventory or ship orders out of our facility to customers. We will continue to monitor the performance of our delivery services and update the site should delivery times start to slip due to pressure on the carriers.

Our staff are being well looked after and provided with PPE where applicable, distancing between staff is being observed and all staff who are working on site want to be there and work to serve our customers. Our staff our amazing!
