Advertised item but when purchased it wasn’t in stock and had to wait over a fortnight before it was delivered. In fairness they kept me updated with personalised regular emails and when item was in stock they sent out immediately via Royal Mail next day however I did pay nearly £4 for delivery in 3-4 days as I needed the item for an event and it never tuned up which was disappointing. Item is fine and comms were very good but slightly let done by item not being in stock and no refund on delivery (not that I asked for one). I would use them again so 4 star rather than 5 which I think is fair in the circumstances.
